A. Any vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) that is/are completely stored within an enclosed building in a lawful manner.

B. Any vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) that is/are legally owned or registered to any certified Wiyot Tribal business enterprise(s) in manners related to automotive repairs or sales.

C. Any vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) that is/are legally owned or registered and utilized for the sole purpose(s) of conducting business for the Wiyot Tribe. [Ord. 12-01 Art. IV, approved 12/1/01.]
