10.05.050 Applicability.
A. Each residence within the exterior boundaries of the Wiyot Tribe Reservation shall be allowed to possess no more than two nonoperational vehicles as defined in this chapter.
B. With the exception of routine vehicle maintenance, the following activities are prohibited under the NOVO:
1. Dismantling or destruction of any vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) for the purposes of sale, recycling, destruction, and/or vandalism that is not performed by licensed vehicle dismantlers.
C. Any person that is in direct violation or witnesses a violation of this chapter, which would impact the Wiyot Tribe community, shall immediately provide the location of the nonoperational vehicle(s), or vehicle part(s). Descriptions of any discharge(s) occurring from improper maintenance/storage or any information in regards to an ordinance violation shall be provided to the enforcement officer or Wiyot Tribal Business Council.
