A. No person shall discharge any pollutant into the waters of the Reservation.

B. The owner of the real property on which the pollutant is being discharged is responsible for complying with the provisions of this chapter, even if the pollutant was placed in waters on their property without their knowledge or consent. [Ord. 08-03 Art. IV, approved 4/5/03.]
