A. If a person violates this chapter and the Wiyot Tribe arranges for or executes the lawful disposal of solid waste, that person shall be responsible to the Wiyot Tribe for all reasonable costs and expenses associated with transportation and disposal of solid waste.

B. If the Wiyot Tribe or a property owner files suit to collect their reasonable costs and expenses as provided in subsection (A) of this section, the court may award a reasonable amount as attorney’s fees to the prevailing party. [Ord. 07-01 Art. VI, approved 6/11/01.]
