A. All livestock will be excluded from the established wetland zone. An existing grazing management plan (GMP) has been established to ensure proper agricultural practices on grazing lands including, but not limited to, lands adjacent to the Tribe’s wetland zone boundaries and shall be followed for any future agricultural activities.

B. Dumping of any material into the wetland zone is not permitted and shall be viewed as a violation subject to penalties outlined in WTC 14.05.050.

C. There will be no construction or development within the designated wetland zone boundaries. For any construction activities adjacent to the wetland zone boundaries, best management practices (BMPs) will be required to avoid discharging pollutants into the wetland habitat. [Ord. 11-02 Art.
