A. The Tribe wants to ensure that its elections for Tribal offices are fair and honest.

B. No candidate for Tribal office or any person acting on behalf of a candidate shall give or promise to give any Tribal member specific employment or a business contract with the Tribe or any of its programs, enterprises or subsidiaries or anything of monetary value, in exchange for a vote or promise to vote for the candidate.
