Pursuant to Article V of the Constitution, the General Council shall consist of all citizens of the Tribe who are 18 years or older. Under the Constitution, the General Council of the Tribe holds the supreme power of the Tribe which is manifested by electing the Tribal Council, adopting and amending the Constitution, the right to recall and remove members of the Tribal Council, modify, repeal or enact Tribal ordinances and such other powers as defined in the Constitution.
