A. Pursuant to Article IV of the Constitution, notice and agenda of each annual or semi-annual meeting of the General Council must be posted at the Reservation Tribal office and by such other means as the Tribal Council deems necessary at least 30 days prior to the scheduled General Council meeting.

B. Pursuant to Article IV of the Constitution, notice and agenda of each special meeting of the General Council shall be posted at the Tribal office and by such other means as the Tribal Council deems necessary at least 15 days in advance of any special meeting. [Adopted 4/7/07 § 6(a).]
