Pursuant to Article VII of the Constitution, the Tribal Treasurer shall do the following at General Council meetings:

A. Keep or cause to be kept an accurate record of all Tribal/Tribe funds and shall report on all receipts and expenditures and the amount and nature of all such funds in the custody of the Treasurer to the Tribal and General Council at regular meetings if so required and at such other times as requested by the Tribal or General Council(s);

B. Prepare and present a written report at the annual General Council meeting summarizing the finances of the Tribe;

C. Prepare and present, with the Tribal Chair if needed, the annual budget for the Tribe, including all tribally owned and operated enterprises;

D. Conduct all elections. [Adopted 4/7/07 § 7(g).]
