Commissioners shall be compensated at a rate established by the Commission’s annual budget, which must be approved by the Tribal Council in accordance with WTC 2.15.350. Commissioners shall be reimbursed for necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of their position. Receipts or appropriate documentation shall be submitted for all expenses to be reimbursed. In no event shall compensation be based on a percentage of net profits from the Tribe’s gaming operations.
