From time to time, members of the Board of Directors may, in their capacity as members of the Board of Directors of the Wiyot Moul Association, participate in meetings of other entities and groups on or off the Wiyot Tribe, including, but not limited to, community meetings, District meetings, and Council meetings.

While the Wiyot Moul Association business is not transacted at such meetings, representation of the Wiyot Moul Association at such meetings may be required for the Board of Directors to be informed concerning issues to be considered by the Wiyot Moul Association, and may be in the best interest of the Wiyot Moul Association.
