The Chairperson may, when he or she deems it expedient, determine that the circumstances justify polling the Board on a single issue, which issue may be resolved and decided with the concurrence of a majority of the Board; and provided, that written confirmation of the vote and the issue shall be provided to all Board members through the approval and acceptance of the Board minutes of that meeting.
