2.25.180 Removal of Directors | Wiyot Tribal Code

Any Director may be removed with or without cause, at any time, by the Legislative Council for any reason including, but not limited to:

A. Dereliction of duty;

B. Negligence;

C. Malfeasance in office;

D. Violation of these bylaws;

E. Violation of policies and procedures of the Wiyot Moul Association;

F. Violation of Tribal laws and regulations;

G. Recommendation by a majority of the Board of Directors may also constitute cause for removal by the Tribal Council;
