Any Director may resign his or her office at any time. The resignation is to be made in writing to the Chairperson and is to take effect on the date of receipt. Any member missing three consecutive meetings or who fails to attend six meetings in any fiscal year without excuse by the Chairperson shall be considered to have resigned. [Ord. 01-15 Art.
