The Board of Directors shall be paid $25.00 per meeting for meetings of the Board of Directors, including the annual meeting, regular meetings, special meetings and emergency meetings, as reasonable compensation for their attendance and service at such meetings. Such amount is separate and apart from any reimbursable expenses which may be paid pursuant to any other applicable Wiyot Moul Association policy, including, but not limited to, a travel policy.
