The Vice-Chairperson shall assume such responsibilities as may be assigned by the Chairperson. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall be designated by the Board or the executive committee to serve in his stead. [Ord. 01-15 Art. IV § 6, approved 10/8/15.]
