The Secretary/Treasurer shall keep the records of the Authority, shall act as Secretary of the meetings of the Board of Directors and record all votes, and shall keep a record of the proceedings of the Board to be kept for such purpose, and shall perform all duties incident to this office. He shall keep in safe custody the seal of the Authority and shall have power to affix such seal to all contracts and instruments authorized to be executed by the Board. In the absence of both the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the Secretary /Treasurer shall preside. In addition, perform all duties incident to the office as may be assigned by the Chairperson, the Board of Directors, or the Executive Committee. [Ord. 01-15 Art. IV § 7, approved 10/8/15.]
