The Executive Director shall be selected and employed by the Board of Directors. Subject to the general oversight of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director shall have general and daily administrative supervision and management of the business and financial affairs of the Wiyot Moul Association, its employees, programs and housing projects to include but not be limited to the planning, construction, development, operations, and economic self-development projects along with the other requirements as set forth by these provisions and the Wiyot Moul Association’s organizational policies and procedures.
