The Association shall indemnify every Director or officer and his or her heirs, executors and administrators to the maximum extent of, and in the manner as provided in, the Tribe’s law or other applicable law, relating to indemnification of Directors. [Ord. 01-15 Art. VIII § 1, approved 10/8/15.]
