The general membership shall consider the record as presented, together with such additional information that shall be considered pertinent, and the Court of general membership shall, in its own discretion, allow oral presentations to be made. Any such additional information shall be specifically identified in the decision. The decision of the general membership on appeal shall be final and conclusive and written notice of the decision shall be given to the appellant. [Adopted 4/4/89 Art. IV § 4.]
