Pursuant to Article V and Article VI of the Tribe’s Constitution, the Tribal Council of the Wiyot Tribe (“Tribal Council”) hereby enacts the Exclusion Ordinance of the Wiyot Tribe (“Ordinance”). [Ord. 01-07 Art. 1 § 1.1, approved 10/22/07.]
