Except as provided by this section, any person may be excluded and/or removed from Tribal lands pursuant to this chapter, subject to any required notice of opportunity to object and/or appear under this chapter and for any such person who is also an assignee of a land assignment issued pursuant to the Tribe’s Land Assignment Ordinance (Chapter 15.05 WTC), subject to any additional rights of due process provided under Tribal law to holders of Tribal land assignments.
