The Gaming Commssion shall establish a fee schedule for licenses. Application fees shall be nonrefundable, regardless of whether or not a license is issued. Such fees shall be made payable to the Wiyot Tribe. [Amended 4/12/04; Ord. 08-03 Art. IX § 23, approved 11/8/03.]
