Patrons of the Tribe’s class II and class III gaming facilities who have complaints against the gaming establishment, including disputes with any management contractor or its employees, shall have as their sole remedy the right to file a petition for relief with the Commission. Complaints shall be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after the occurrence of the incident on which the complaint is based. At the discretion of the Commission, the petitioner may be allowed to present evidence. The Commission will render a decision in a timely fashion and all such decisions will be final when issued. Each claim by a patron shall be limited to a maximum recovery of $10,000.00, and a cumulative limit of $10,000.00 per patron in any 12-month period. [Amended 4/12/04; Ord. 08-03 Art.
