The ordinance codified in this chapter is enacted pursuant to the Act of August 15, 1953 (Pub. L. 83-277, 67 Stat. 588, 18 U.S.C. § 1161) and Article VII, Section 2(a) of the Constitution and bylaws of the Wiyot Tribe. [Adopted 7/24/04 Art. 2.]
