The purpose of this chapter is to allow for the safe and regulated sale and possession of alcohol within lands under the jurisdiction of the Wiyot Tribe in order to provide a source of revenue for the continued operation of the Tribal government, the economic viability of Tribal enterprises, and the delivery of Tribal government services.
