It is the purpose of the Wiyot Tribe burn regulations to establish policy to regulate persons who use burn barrels or open burns for the general welfare of the Tribe members and their families residing on the Reservation. [Amended 5/13/02; Ord. 06-01 Art. II, approved 4/7/01.]
