A. Burn Barrel. Permits for burn barrels will be valid for one year after issue. There is no fee for a permit.

B. Open Burn. A special permit is required for an open burn and are given on a “per open burn” situation. A permit cannot be used for more than one open burn unless otherwise approved by the Environmental Department. Burning is allowed only in a designated area. There is no fee for a permit.
