A quorum of the Commission shall consist of two Commissioners. In the absence of a quorum, no business shall be conducted other than for the purpose of information sharing only. Every act or decision done or made by the Commissioners present at a meeting duly convened at which a quorum is present shall be regarded as an act of the Commission, subject to the provisions of this chapter and any applicable law. Unless a unanimous vote or super-majority is otherwise required by this chapter or Tribal law, all actions or decisions of the Commission must be approved by a majority vote of the Commissioners; in the event that less than three Commissioners are present at a meeting at least two Commissioners must vote in favor of an action or decision for it to be approved.
