The schedule of regular meetings shall be sent to each Commissioner and the Executive Director, and no further notice of regular meetings is required to be given. Notice of special meetings shall be given in writing to each Commissioner and the Executive Director at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notices shall be given either personally, by telephone, by mail or by fax. Such notice shall state the place, date, and hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business to be transacted. In the case of a special meeting, no other business other than that set out in the notice may be transacted at the meeting, unless approved by unanimous vote of the Commissioners. Notice is not required when the requirement is waived by unanimous consent of the Commissioners. Such vote shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting at which such vote was taken.
