The purpose of this chapter (“Ordinance”) is to authorize the Tribal Council to exclude, on either a permanent or temporary basis, any person from Tribal lands, as defined herein, who acts in disregard of any Tribal or applicable federal or state laws, destroys or harms Tribal fish and game resources, trespasses upon Tribal lands, pollutes Tribal lands and waters, destroys real and personal property of the Tribe or its citizens, or harms or threatens to harm Tribal citizens, guests, or employees.
