5.10.050 Definitions.
Unless a different meaning is clearly indicated in this chapter, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as in the California Alcohol Beverage Control Act, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 2300 et seq.
“General Council” means the governing body holding supreme power of the Wiyot Tribe as defined in Article VI, Section 1 of the Constitution and bylaws of the Wiyot Tribe.
“Lands under the Jurisdiction of the Wiyot Tribe” means and includes all lands now or in the future subject to the lawful jurisdiction of the Tribe, including the old Table Bluff Rancheria, the new Wiyot Tribe, and any lands which shall in the future be restored to the Tribe’s jurisdiction.
“Tribal Council” means the Wiyot Tribal Council as defined in Article VI, Section 3 of the Constitution and bylaws of the Wiyot Tribe.
“Tribe” means the Wiyot Tribe.
“Wiyot Tribe Reservation” means and includes all lands within the exterior boundaries of the Wiyot Tribe. [Adopted 7/24/04 Art. 5.]
