A. The name of the corporation, which shall contain the word “corporation,” “company,” or “incorporated,” which words may be abbreviated. The corporate name may be in the Wiyot language or in English.

B. The purposes for which the corporation is formed.

C. The aggregate number of shares, if any, that the corporation has authority to issue, and the designation and rights of each class of shares.

D. The street address and mailing address if different from the street address of the corporation’s initial registered office and the name of the corporation’s initial registered agent for service of process.

E. The name and address of each incorporator.

F. The duration of the corporation, which may be perpetual, and the process for dissolution.

G. Qualifications for serving on the board of directors.

H. Procedures for appointing the initial board of directors and subsequent membership on the board.
