The dissolution of the corporation shall be effected by the execution and filing with the Tribal Administrator a certificate of dissolution stating that the corporation has been dissolved in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. [Ord. 18-23 Art. IV § 9.08.20, approved 6/12/23.]
