Neither the Tribe nor any member of the Tribal Council shall be under any obligation to a corporation wholly owned, either directly or indirectly, by the Tribe, or to the creditors of any such corporation. The Tribe shall not be deemed to have waived any of the Tribe’s rights, privileges or immunities if the Tribe incorporates, owns or operates a corporation either directly or indirectly.
