The Tribal Council of the Wiyot Tribe enacts the ordinance codified in this chapter pursuant to the authority vested in it by Article VI, Section 1(c) of the Tribe’s Constitution, to promote the general health and welfare of the Tribe and its citizens. [Ord. 16-20 § 2, approved 6/8/20.]
