All rights and liabilities associated with this chapter, approved programs, or benefits made available hereunder, shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the Tribe and applicable federal law. Nothing herein shall make applicable to the Tribe any laws or regulations which are otherwise inapplicable. Nothing herein shall be construed to waive the sovereign immunity of the Tribe, the Tribal Council, officers of the Tribe, or employees or agents of the Tribe. [Ord. 16-20 § 10, approved 6/8/20.]
