Pursuant to Article V, Section 3 and Article VI, Section 1 of the Constitution of the Wiyot Tribe (“Constitution”), the Tribal Council of the Wiyot Tribe (“Tribal Council”) hereby enacts this protection against defamation ordinance of the Wiyot Tribe (“ordinance”). [Ord. 17-22, approved 3/14/22.]
