A. Quorum. A quorum of the General Council, as determined under Article V of the Constitution, is required to transact business at any meeting of the General Council. A quorum of the General Council shall consist of 25 Tribal citizens eligible to vote at any duly called and noticed General Council meeting. Once a quorum has been established at a General Council meeting, it cannot be defeated by citizens leaving the meeting.

B. Meeting Minutes. Minutes shall be taken by the Secretary of the Tribal Council or his or her designee at all meetings of the General Council. [Adopted 4/7/07 § 10.]
