The Board of Directors may accept on behalf of the Wiyot Moul Association any contribution, gift, bequest, or devise for the general purposes of the Wiyot Moul Association or for any specific purpose consistent with the purposes of the Wiyot Association or consistent with the housing needs of the Tribe. Designated contributions by donors will be accepted and designations honored as to funds, purposes or uses. The Wiyot Association, at all times, reserves all rights over and interest in such contributions.

Full discretion as to the ultimate distribution of the contribution or satisfaction of specified use, designation or purpose is further reserved to the Wiyot Moul Association. [Ord. 01-15 Art. VII, approved 10/8/15.]
