The companies created and organized under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter, and all other laws of the Tribe. By organizing a corporation under this chapter, the corporation and its owners shall be considered to have entered into a consensual relationship with the Tribe and agree to be subject to the full extent of the Tribe’s legislative, regulatory and adjudicatory jurisdiction.
