The corporation’s existence shall begin on the date the articles of incorporation are delivered to the Tribe’s Tribal Administrator and payment to the Tribe of a filing fee of $100.00. The Tribal Administrator shall stamp the articles as filed, along with the date, and issue the corporation a certificate of incorporation. The certificate of incorporation shall be conclusive evidence that the corporation has been incorporated under this chapter. [Ord. 18-23 Art. II § 9.06.40, approved 6/12/23.]
