The Tribe shall be under no obligation to the corporation or its creditors for any of the corporation’s liabilities or debts and the Tribe shall not be deemed to have waived any of the Tribe’s privileges or immunities by enacting this chapter. If the Tribe incorporates or acquires a corporation under this chapter, the Tribe shall not be deemed to have waived its immunity from unconsented suit. [Ord. 18-23 Art.
