A. Upon discovery of a nonoperational vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) on lands within the exterior boundaries of Wiyot Tribe Reservation, the enforcement officer shall have the authority to enter upon Tribal or private land(s) where the vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) exist and issue a citation.

B. Any contractor(s), hired for removal of cited vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s), shall have the right to enter upon Tribal or private land(s) where the vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) are located. [Ord. 12-01 Art. VII, approved 12/1/01.]
