The registered or legal owner of the cited vehicle(s), or vehicle part(s), or the owner of the residence in which the cited vehicle(s) or vehicle part(s) is/are located, who has received a citation may appeal to the Wiyot Tribal Business Council. If an appeal is made, the enforcement officer will suspend any removal actions until an appeal is heard and a decision is made by the Wiyot Tribal Business Council.
