A. Restrictions on Who May Attend General Council Meetings. At any point during a General Council meeting, the Chair, or any citizen, may call the question of whether attendance at the meeting should be restricted during all or part of the agenda. Notwithstanding the above, any discussion of confidential or privileged information shall automatically require the meeting, or that portion of the meeting, to be conducted in closed or executive session.

B. Attendance and Role of Tribal Council. All members of the Tribal Council shall attend all General Council meetings, unless prevented from doing so by illness or circumstances beyond their control. [Adopted 4/7/07 § 7(a, b).]
