Semi-annual meetings of the General Council shall be held on the first Saturday in October. Pursuant to Article IV of the Constitution, the semi-annual meeting is held for purposes of ensuring that the General Council is informed on the status and progress of Tribal programs and budget, as well as to provide an opportunity for Tribal citizens to participate and give input on the goals and objectives of the Tribe.
