The annual meeting of the General Council shall be held on the first Saturday in April. Pursuant to Article IV of the Constitution, the annual meeting is held for purposes of updating the General Council on all Tribal business, including Tribal budget status and grant funds, and other such matters impacting Tribal citizens and the Tribe’s Reservation.
